We stayed on the club floor. I was expecting more as we often book into hotels with club floors. Last time, a couple of months ago, it was to Pan Pacific in Vancouver. The food they served in morning, as well as the options at the 5-9 appetizers was amazing. Sure beat the cheese, stale crackers and horrible won tons we had the first night. Tempura shrimp along with the leftovers from previous night were ok, if you were a deer and the food was a salt lick. No soft drinks were available unless you asked the server for them. Certainly not available during the daytime. I was pretty disappointed. Breakfast was ok, but was iff. Things like bread for toast was dried out before toasting, pancakes were hard as heck, eggs were cold. Bacon was served on a huge plate where you had your choice of nearly raw bacon or burnt to a crisp bacon. Water, fruit juices were always available, but again no soft drinks. And soft drinks are way cheaper than juices. So we won’t spend the extra money on the club floor if we return. Food in restaurant and casino was very good, hence our disappointment with the club floor. Also, when we asked for an extra towel, we were told they didn’t have any. About four hours later, housekeeping supplied us with it, Hotel is clean, comfortable, needs some upgrades tho. But nice enough.

I had read a few mixed reviews before booking — some mentioned cigarette smells or air conditioning not working — but after staying here twice with my family, I can confidently say our experience was absolutely excellent both times. Our rooms were very clean, the beds were big and super comfortable, and housekeeping made sure everything was spotless every single day. The air conditioning worked perfectly for us — and if it seems off, just press the power button to restart it, simple as that. No trace of cigarette smell anywhere — not in the room, not in the hallways. This was really important for me and my family. The hotel is in a good location: just a 5-minute walk to the park, close to downtown, and really convenient to the shopping mall. The hotel also have pretty large parking. Pool and hot tub are also amazing! All in all, a wonderful and reliable place to stay in Red Deer. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back again!

The pool and gym were great. Hot, but great! The casino was within indoor walking distance. The room was spacious and had two chairs to sit on besides the beds. There was actually plenty of space in the bathroom to put a bag on a surface! The mini fridge had a small freezer section, important to refreeze my cooler packs. Charging devices was easy. The staff at all contacts were high level professional, always said a greeting, and efficient! The place had a feel of being luxurious and special. Amenities were nearby walkable, and the liquor store gives a discount if you show your room card.

We had access to the "Gold Room?" for breakfast, snacks and drinks. It was a wonderful set up and the food was excellent. At times it was a bit crowded but it was the Long Weekend! Patricia was working most of the time during our stay and she was amazing, very busy but so friendly and personable. She certainly was working hard! We loved her! Also would like to give a shout out to Nick at the Front Desk who was so welcoming - made us feel we were visiting family!

The area is so rough. A lot of homelesses and I have to keep waking up all night to keep an eyes on my cars in parking lot. Homeless approached me when I walk to my vehicle and it scared me. The hotel itself is nice and big in the location that close to mall, gas station and restaurants. Some stuffs didn't have right info for facilities provided in the hotel and cannot issue me receipt on site.
